The Center for Self-Growth and Renewal, PC is shifting to meet your needs as we navigate the stress and uncertainty brought about by COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus).
As individuals, and as mental health practitioners, we have been monitoring the situation with COVID-19 very carefully. We are mindful that we need to balance the safety of our clients with continued accessibility to our services. This is a time when access to mental health services is critically important, but it is difficult to come in for an “in person” appointment with your provider as we all practice social distancing.
While our office remains open for the time being, all of our providers are offering services via telehealth which allows you to “meet” with your provider from the comfort and safety of your home or office. During this period of National Emergency, insurance companies have waived restrictions on telemental health services and will reimburse telehealth appointments at the same rate as in office appointments. This is not a permanent change—once the period of National Emergency has passed, we will return to regular business hours and in office services.
Our office staff will continue to assist you in scheduling appointments, accepting payments, answering billing inquiries, etc. They will also be happy to schedule appointments for new or returning clients. These are challenging times and we will move through them together.
We are pleased to announce new providers available for appointments!
